At Clear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Clear account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package Your Device
Place the unit back in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5 business days of receipt.
